Tell us about the domain
A useful conversation starts from a concrete process and from the people who carry it out every day, not from a list of features. If you have a recurring task with its own vocabulary in mind, that is the starting point.
Where to write to us
We answer emails. There is no form to fill in: we prefer a message written by a person to a description broken up into fields.
We build each agent on the vocabulary of the people who will use it.
If you do not know yet whether your process suits an agent, write to us anyway: finding out early costs far less than discovering it halfway through the work. Our frequently asked questions already cover many of these points.
What helps us to know
No detailed report is needed: three pieces of information are enough to assess whether we can help in practical terms.
What work do you do repeatedly?
What task do you repeat every day or every week, and what makes it demanding?
Who carries out the activity
The people who do that work are the source of the vocabulary the agent will be built on. Knowing who they are shapes the project.
Who judges the results
Who decides whether the result is right, and on what basis. If nobody can answer, that is already important information.
